General Information
RMA terms and conditions only apply
for products with a valid receipt
of purchase from YANG-iT Technology.
If your return product is not faulty
or no longer under warranty, we have
to charge 20€ for handling fees.
Packing
Please return the defect goods in
their original packing as this will
protect the goods from any further
damaging when be transported back
to YANG-iT Technology. Improper packaging
and further damage to the goods will
endanger the RMA claim. In some cases
the RMA claim will become invalid!
Foreign Goods
YANG-iT Technology will not replace
goods which have not been purchased
at YANG-iT Technology. If defect goods
from other manufacturers are sent
to the RMA department, they will be
immediately returned on your own costs
with an extra handling fees of 20€.
Transport Costs
YANG-iT Technology will cover the
transport costs when the defect goods
are returned to the customer and if
the warranty is valid. However, the customer
must take full responsibily for transport
and insurance costs when the repaired
goods are sent back. Unfree transportation
and deliveries without RMA numbers
on the packaging will be rejected.
A handling charge will also be forwarded
to the customer in question.
Damages occurred through
transportation
All packages and pallets should
be examined as soon as they have been
received by the customer. If the
packaging has in anyway been tampered
with or damaged, please make the delivery
person aware of such damage and have
this confirmed in writing. Contact
the RMA department immediately or
at the very latest 3 days after the
receipt of delivery.
RMA- Procedure
To ensure the smooth running of the
RMA-procedure, it is advised that
all distributors and dealers follow
these instructions :

Please check
your goods, if they are in or
out of validation, before you
start the RMA-Procedure!

Please fill
out the RMA-Support-Form completely,
i.e. article, serial-number and
quantity!

with photos of the defect goods
and cartons to the

to our RMA - Department, before
you ship out the goods! |

The RMA-Support-Form
strictly has to be attached to
the shipping documents and to
the goods to be returned! |

Return Goods
for RMA will be only accepted
on delivery-term "free arrival
warehouse"! |
|
Credit-Notes
and/or Exchange free of charge
is stritcly possible only, if
goods are sent back in original
condition (i.e. original packaging,
complete accessories)! |

Private buyers should contact the
dealer from where they purchased the
YANG-iT product. The dealer will then
carry out the above steps to ensure
that the problem is solved. If the
dealer cannot be contacted, please
do not hesitate in contacting our
RMA department.
